www.southwestpine.co.uk is the internet trading name for South
West Pine Trader, based in Week St. Mary in Cornwall.
South West Pine is a family business run by Matthew Pearce and his wife
Barbara.
Matthew began making furniture over 15 years ago, and has been working from his
present workshop attached to his home in Cornwall for 4 years. Matthew builds
furniture to his own design. The range of designs is constantly growing, with new additions being added each year. As well as the items on this
web site there are larger items which can be viewed by prior appointment at the
showroom in Week St.Mary. The larger items include farmhouse tables and wardrobes.

Postage and Packaging
Shipping is to the United Kingdom mainland,Scotland & N Ireland
Delivery
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Large parcels may need to be signed for. In the event that no one is available to sign, goods will be returned to our carrier’s depot and you will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver, at no extra cost.
Refunds
If you are not delighted with your goods you
have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you cancel your order you will have your payment refunded, provided you return the goods at your cost to reach us in an undamaged condition.
Complaints Procedure
We hope that you will never have cause to complain about our products or services. If however, you do have a complaint, please call us on 0845 644 4258 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and we will do our best to assist you.
